Every Caliper Is Piston Movement Tested During Remanufacturing To Ensure It Meets Original Equipment Performance. Each Caliper Is Coated w/ A Proprietary Electrodeposition Coating Or Application Specific OE Color Powder Coat. Each Caliper Is Mechanically & Chemically Cleaned Prior To Finished Good Applied Coatings & Assembly. No Environmentally Unsafe Remanufacturing Processes Used. FRICTION READY : Indicates that the caliper has all the hardware and components except the brake pads MOUNTING BRACKET : All calipers come with the mounting bracket 100% of the time where O.E. designed MOUNTING BRACKET THREADS : Chased and inspected; never worry about cross threading PIN BOOTS : New pin boots reduce the chance that moisture and contaminates will cause corrosion, which can affect caliper guide bolts and slide pins RUBBER COMPONENTS : All rubber components are 100% replaced, ensuring brakes perform at an optimum level BRAKE INLET : Banjo bolts and copper crush washers provided (where applicable) to ensure proper seat on the brake inlet and caliper housing PHENOLIC PISTONS : OE specifications matched to ensure proper heat dissipation ** Steel not used as Phenolic substitute BLEEDER SCREW : New bleeder screws are used to ensure an airtight seal
