Housings, shafts and critical components are thoroughly cleaned using the latest technology to greatly reduce the potential for contamination, and inspected thoroughly to detect any cracks or leaks All sealing surfaces are polished to maximize sealing and prevent leaks Ball guides, balls and sector shafts are inspected and replaced if necessary All seals and O-rings are replaced with new, OE-equivalent components to prevent leaks, ensure longevity and reliability Worm and thrust bearings are matched and replaced if needed Tested on our state-of-the-art test equipment to simulate actual operational conditions, inspecting for leaks, noises, and overall functionality to ensure the unit meets or exceeds OE specifications 100 percent lash calibrated for reliable performance, and receive a protective paint coating to prevent corrosion, rust and optimize the longevity of the unit
