Hankook WeatherFlex GT Tires

About the Hankook WeatherFlex GT

Higher sipe density enhances traction in snow. Added sipes to the center and shoulder blocks boost snow performance. Zig-Zag Groove enhances cornering grip in the snow by contacting the road at various angles. 3PMSF (Three-Peak Mountain Snowflake) certification assures top performance on snowy roads and harsh winter conditions. An outer chamfer added to the block increases volume and stiffness, providing stable ground pressure for improved handling. Widened lateral grooves improve drainage performance, effectively evacuating water to enhance control in the rain. Interlocking (Wave-Type) 3D sipes minimize block deformation when driving. The increased block stiffness improves handling in both wet and dry conditions. Optimized compound improves both wet performance and mileage. Incorporating high levels of silica and resin enhances wet/dry grip. Additionally, optimizing silica dispersion in the new material improves tread The Weatherflex GT design evenly distributes pressure to prevent irregular wear for a longer-lasting tire. The blocks are repositioned to reduce noise caused by tire-road contact while driving. Varied block sizes minimize noise and road surface impact for a more comfortable drive.
