About the Kumho Crugen HT51 (Commercial)
5-rib tread design features a stiff center block design for improved straight-line stability and enhanced dry traction. Wear-oriented compound in combination with a wider, squared cavity design for even grip force distribution extends longevity. Designed with 3D zig-zag sipes that provide biting edges for augmented traction and stability on snow covered roads. Four wide, circumferential grooves create a vortex effect to enhance hydroplaning resistance for better performance in wet conditions. Application of two wide steel belts that are reinforced by two spirally-wrapped nylon cord caps along with a fortified sidewall construction enhances durability.
